Occupational health, safety, and environment policy at work
Fujiseiko (Thailand) Co., Ltd. operates the production of all kinds of cutting, drilling, and turning tools, especially diamond cutting, drilling, and turning tools, as well as spare parts of such products. The Company adheres to the management of occupational health, safety, and environment at work in its business operations, in compliance with commitments to promote and encourage all units towards their continuous activities as follows:
1. Implement an occupational health and environmental management system for maximum efficiency in accordance with the law and related requirements.
2. Correct, improve, and prevent any unacceptable risks and dangers.
3. Support various resources, such as personnel, time, budget, training, and development on the management of occupational health, safety, and environment at work.
4. Provide necessary personal protective equipment as appropriate for any risks or dangers which may arise from operations, including control and supervision on the use to ensure safety at work.
5. Assess the environment at work which may be dangerous, along with health check-up towards the healthiness and good quality of life among all employees.
6. Communicate the policy on safety to all employees as a guideline at work.
7. Review the policy on safety and evaluate the management of occupational health, safety, and environment at work to plan for continuous improvement, while having the results of safety performance among employees at all levels as one of the criteria for their annual performance evaluation.

The personal data of customers, suppliers, employees, and/or visitors or all concerned in the Company’s business have been collected, used, and kept confidential according to the data subject’s consent and complying with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) as follows:
1. Respect the utmost privacy rights of its customers, business partners, employees, and related parties.
2. Request for personal data only as necessary and directly from the data subject for administration or as required by laws.
3. Inform the purpose of the data request, use, and storage according to the rights and consent of data subject at the beginning.

The Company sets up measures to maintain information security, as well as ensuring proper and appropriate security based on the importance of information assets. The Company is also committed to preventing relevant threats in advance or if unexpected threats arise. Corrective actions shall be taken promptly to minimize damages and prevent reoccurring problems.
6. Evaluate, review, and improve information technology security measures
In order to manage information technology security in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices, it is required to evaluate, review and improve such measures regularly and continuously.
