Key Responsibilities:
Supervise glass quality inspections to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
Plan and allocate manpower for product inspections to maximize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with established quality and inspection standards
Review and approve inspection reports across product lines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Improve inspection methods to enhance product reliability and reduce defects.
Generate related report to support management

Qualification:
Ensure and continuously improve the quality of raw materials, including plastics, aluminum, and paint, by developing, evaluating, and maintaining material standards to support manufacturing and product quality goals.
Monitor, audit, and control raw material quality to meet company requirements.
Develop and update raw material specifications in collaboration with Headquarters and suppliers.
Coordinate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues, manage replacements, and handle cost recovery.
Conduct material testing, analyze results, and validate findings with suppliers to support product development.
Work closely with internal teams (Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, Procurement) and Yamaha subsidiaries to ensure effective quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in quality field in automotive industry.
Knowledge of adjusting process condition for injection molding machines.
Experience in raw material quality control or development (plastic, aluminum, or paint) is an advantage.
Proficiency in English (Good communication and presentation skills)
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams, adaptability skill and able to travel for overseas trip.

Good Computer literacy; MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point / Data & Analysis by Excel (Pivot), BI, Dashboard / Digital Communication Collaboration by MS Teams
Qualification
Inspect and verify dimensions of parts used in the assembly process to ensure they meet required specifications
Conduct dimensional analysis and evaluate data to identify trends, deviations, or areas for improvement
Operate and program coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precision inspections
Use CNC machines for quality-related tasks, as needed
Maintain accurate inspection and analysis records for reporting and compliance purposes
Responsible for investigating customer quality claims, identifying root causes, coordinating corrective actions and ensuring timely communication and resolution to improve customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry
Experience working with Diesel Engine will be advantaged
Familiarity with CNC and CMM
TOEIC scores 550 is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Able to work oversea from time to time
