Qualification:

• Applicant Qualifications:
  • Gender : Female, age not exceeding 35 years.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Applied Science, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Drafting, or other related fields (Engineering degree not required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Mathematical Skills : Strong mathematical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to use logical reasoning to calculate costs.
  • Experience : Experience working in an industrial factory or a basic understanding of cutting tools will be considered an advantage.
  • Other Qualifications : Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work on-site and learn production procedures from the production department.

• Responsibilities :

  • Calculate and analyze production costs (Cost Estimation), including raw materials (Carbide/Diamond), labor, and overheads, to prepare benchmark prices and quotations.

  • Plan and define production processes (Routing & Process Planning) in collaboration with the engineering and on-site technician teams to maximize efficiency.

  • Monitor, track, and compare actual costs with standard costs to identify areas for cost reduction.

  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) documents and coordinate with the production, purchasing, and sales departments.
